Findings on Imagine with Gypsy

ok seems to be working fine.  When designing on your Gypsy remember that what you design to be at the top of the gypsy is actually going to be on your far right of the Imagine...this is important to remember if your patterned paper needs to be turned a certain way!

GYPSY NOW WORKS WITH IMAGINE!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG I am so excited......my Gypsy now can send cut files to my Imagine!  No way to color them in but just happy I can use my Gypsy to send the files to my Imagine

If you have an Imagine and a Gypsy get over there right away and do those updates!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yippee......I'm going to go play!

Yep you heard it right...Sassy told me.....I hurried on over and updated both my Imagine and Gypsy...have to check out and see what the updates did...first off I did notice the Imagine has a new icon to print edge to edge on your 12x12 paper!  YES!

My first Christmas card!  Created for the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge 75  Sure would be exciting if my very first Christmas Card in my very first Challenge won!

The card measures 5 3/4" x 6 ".

This special card  features images from INKADINKADO  Stamp Collection

This card has been hand-colored using high-end, artist grade acid-free markers.

Santa's Fur on cap, Beard, Mustache and ball on cap have been done with flower soft for a 3D effect

Many embellishments used including stickles and rhinestones

This card is perfect one-of-a-kind card perfect for that special recipient for Christmas!

Hope all of you had a wonderful weekend!  I got my very first special order for an Anniversary card like the one I created for my friend Carol only since I am doing one of a kind cards will have to make a couple of changes

Kick Up Your Heels

I just got this wonderful acrylic stamp set in and had to make something with it!  Think this card would be fantastic for giving that special girl on her first prom, homecoming, sweet sixteen party...any more thoughts?

The stamps are by Hero Arts and I colored them in with archival acid-free markers...wording is done in a deep burgandy color box ink and of course had to incorporate my favorite roses by Prima flowers...love the glitter on the edges of them.  the gold glitter ribbon I found at Walmart

I am late sending my friend who also is a designer for our site and blog a Anniversary Card so got the idea I would make it tonight and post it while she is asleep gggggggg

I used Linen Card Stock for the base...then I had Jolee's Boutique Wedding Doves dimensional embellishments for the center focus

Then I told you today about the great find on ebay for floral embellishments...the flowers are just so much prettier in person...the large one has glitter on it!

When adding floral embellishments I like to do them in groups of 3

You can't see it but on the inside I stamped a real fancy Happy Anniversary in a sparkling gold ink that just looks elegant

Sure hope my friend and her hubby likes the card!

I will be doing more cards with my new Cricut Imagine but right now limited since my Gypsy won't hook up yet :-(

Let It Snow - Holiday Card

This was just a simple card I started with some 12x12 Christmas Cardstock from DCWV

I then cut the scalloped oval from the generic artwork on the Imagine and inked the edges and stamped the Let It Snow words and Snowman from my Christmas Collection Acrylic Stamps from INKADINKADO

I then attached the oval to the card with pop dots so it would stand out

Added Happy Holidays from one of my acrylic stamps to the inside which also has some really pretty designs from the other side of the paper

I added 3 snowflake embellishments I purchased on ebay from

I bought a lot of really pretty roses from her that will be on future cards...you really need to check her stuff out!  I'm not paid to advertise for her just really love her stuff!!!!!!!!

So like I said a simple card but think it is cute..hope you like it!
